Jenny Manukyan
Director of Operations
Jenny Manukyan is the Transaction Manager at JohnHart, and as such is in charge of making sure that every sale is carried out correctly from start to finish. Prior to joining the JohnHart team, Jenny obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from California State University, Northridge. It was at CSUN that Jenny learned how to efficiently manage not only a team, but also a project, and it is this skill set that allows her to manage such a large pipeline of sales at JohnHart. In addition to managing the entire pipeline, Jenny is a licensed real estate agent, and has much experience negotiating terms on sales. It could be said that she is the reason why JohnHart clients receive such a great return on their listings! Much of her success can be attributed to the professional experience Jenny has. Starting in a retail setting, at Bakers Shoes, it wasn’t long before she was promoted to supervisor and became a member of the management team there. Taking this experience she moved over to Charles David and joined the team as an assistant manager, later to become store manager. In this position, she was responsible for running the day to day business, and managing a staff of 6. From here she went on to become a manager at a law firm specializing in debt assistance. It was at the law firm that she had her first experience with helping homeowners in peril. At JohnHart, Jenny often acts as the intermediary between, clients, brokers, agents, escrow, and title; so she truly does manage each transaction from start to finish. It is Jenny’s hands on approach to management that has helped us reach the next level in real estate.
Selvy Buchanan
MLS Coordinator
Selvy Michelle Buchanan is the MLS coordinator at JohnHart. She is responsible for all the MLS updating and MLS database at JohnHart. She is always meeting her goals and is willing to do whatever it takes to get her tasks done. She is positive, happy and loves new challenges. Prior to joining JohnHart Selvy worked in many varies of career fields. She has worked in sales, accounting and has over 15 years of customer service experience. She is currently studying toward Property Management and her Real Estate License! She wants to bring lots of positive energy with every task she is undergoing. Her love of the company is what keeps her constantly striving to be and do her best!
Kimberly Pantig
Agent Liaison
Loving real estate, Kimberly took on many challenges within the industry starting at the early age of 17. Her broad scope ranges from performing as Operations Manager for two real estate firms, to a practicing agent selling residential and commercial properties, she specialized in short sale listings for a period, obtained her Brokers license in 2004, and last but definitely not least, has been a Transaction Coordinator for most of her career. Kimberly thrives in her role as Transaction Coordinator, as she loves helping agents succeed. Aside from her immense real estate knowledge, Kimberly’s strong suits in problem solving, teaching and organizational management brings her much success as a Transaction Coordinator. On her free time Kimberly enjoys lifting weights, reading and watching movies. Her disciplined lifestyle got her competing in bodybuilding competitions! Amanda Pndlyan
Receptionist
Amanda’s determination to service JohnHart to the highest degree shows in her go-getter attitude. Prior to joining JohnHart, Amanda worked as an Administrative Assistant in the medical, behavioral psychology and mortgage industry. While working within the mortgage industry, Amanda learned much about real estate, loans, escrow, and title. Amanda has cultivated a keen ability to communicate and work effectively with people from all walks of life. She is eager to learn and is driven to achieve excellence by delivering quality service and remaining committed to the continued success of JohnHart.
Crystal Olomu
Agent Liaison Assistant
Born and raised in the Valley, Crystal has a deeply rooted love for all things Los Angeles. She attended the Fashion Industry For Design and Merchandising where she earned her degree in Merchandising and Marketing for the Beauty Industry. After working several years in both cosmetics and administrative positions, Crystal decided to develop her passion for the Real Estate industry. She gained extensive knowledge after working for top producing teams. Crystal’s passion for helping others and contributing to a group effort align seamlessly with the values held at JohnHart.
Dylan Pereira
Marketing Manager
Dylan lives and breathes real estate marketing. After graduating from California State University Northridge with a Degree in Marketing, he jumped right into the real estate world and never looked back. Since then, Dylan has been tasked with marketing real estate teams of all shapes and sizes. Most recently, he was the Director of Marketing for a luxury team in Beverly Hills, with listing prices often pushing $100,000,000. With this wide range of real estate experience comes a big marketing toolbox that he brings with him to JohnHart. These business development skills include branding, farming, lead-generation, graphic design, CRM software, email marketing, social media, and much more. As a local to the San Fernando Valley for over 20 years, Dylan knows the neighborhoods and local real estate market inside and out. Outside of work, Dylan enjoys playing competitive baseball, hiking in the Santa Monica Mountain Range, and continuing his never-ending quest to find the best taco stand in The Valley.

Nancy Borja
Escrow Officer
Nancy has 18 years’ experience as an escrow officer and has worked with several different independent escrow companies. Nancy has expertise in standard sales, short sales, REO, AITD, 1031, Investment properties, vacant land and for sale by owner transactions. She is also a notary public and a member of the Escrow Associates of San Gabriel Valley. Her attention to detail has proved invaluable many times, and is truly an asset to her clients as escrow is such a crucial part of every sale. Having successfully closed hundreds of millions of dollars in transactions, it’s safe to say that she is an escrow expert! Nancy believes in providing the best customer service to clients and assist in making each transaction run as smooth as possible. Her goal is always the same: A Safe, Secure, and Smooth escrow – from open to close!
